Yaxin assists in property, civil litigation, office administration and marketing.
Yaxin obtained an LLM degree in International Business Law from Newcastle University and an LLM in Legal Practice from London’s BPP University.
Before joining Cruickshanks, Yaxin worked at a Beijing law firm’s headquarters, then at various London high-street law firms, handling matters concerning business law, real estate law, civil litigation and arbitration. She has been actively engaged in providing pro bono services to the public for the UK Society of Chinese Lawyers (UKSCL) since 2019, and assisting them in organising events. She spent time at the International Criminal Court in the Hague and observed trials of those involved in the former Yugoslavia.
Outside work, she loves travelling, playing the piano and wine tasting. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
