James studied Physics at Kings College London before obtaining a Masters in the management of intellectual property at Queen Mary University. Upon leaving university James entered the family business and worked as an Estate Agent in Paddington and Notting Hill areas of west central London dealing with both the sale, letting and management of residential properties. After 10 years in the property industry James followed up on his interest in the legal side of residential property and retrained as a lawyer. The practical experience has given James a more dynamic approach to the conveyancing process with immediate identifiable benefits to Cruickshanks’ clients.Among Jame’s out of office interests include tennis and non-contact rugby and reading historical fiction.
